Terms of service

We are the plumbing company you are hiring, and your agreement for the work is with us. These terms set out what we commit to, what we do not, and how anything contested is handled.

1. What you are agreeing to

By using this website or calling the number published on it to request plumbing work, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site or our services.

2. Who we are

Greeley Plumbing Direct is a licensed and insured plumbing company serving homeowners and occupiers in Greeley and the surrounding Weld County communities. The plumbers who attend your property work for us, under our supervision, and the work they carry out is ours. Our Colorado license details and proof of insurance are available on request before work begins.

3. Your agreement is with us

When you accept an estimate, the contract for that work is formed between you and Greeley Plumbing Direct. We assess the work, quote it, carry it out and invoice it. Payment is made to us, not to the individual plumber who attends.

Questions about an estimate, a bill, a warranty on parts or labor, or the standard of the workmanship come to us on the number below, and we will deal with them. Nothing in these terms sends you elsewhere for an answer about work we did.

4. Estimates, and the warranty on our work

We quote the work in person, before starting it, and you approve the price and the scope before anything is opened up. If what we find changes the job, we stop and re-quote rather than continue and re-price afterwards. Manufacturer warranties on equipment we install pass to you on the manufacturer's terms.

The warranty covering our own labor is stated in writing on your invoice for that job, and it is the document that governs. Ask us for the terms before you accept the estimate if the warranty matters to your decision. Where a job requires a permit or an inspection, we will tell you so and say who is pulling it.

5. Dispatch and response times

Dispatch is answered around the clock, and we will give you the most realistic arrival window we can based on the trade needed, your location and the hour. That window is an estimate made in good faith, not a contractual commitment. Weather, traffic, road conditions, the volume of simultaneous emergencies and crew availability all affect it. We do not guarantee that a plumber will be available or will attend within any particular time.

In a genuine emergency, particularly a suspected gas leak, water near electrical equipment, or a risk to health or safety, contact the appropriate emergency service or your utility provider first. Our dispatch line is not a substitute for emergency services.

6. Information on this website

The service and area pages on this site are written to be genuinely informative about how plumbing systems fail in this region. They are general information, not professional advice for your specific property, and reading them is not a substitute for having someone qualified look at the actual problem. Do not rely on them for decisions about permits, code compliance, or work you intend to carry out yourself. Municipal requirements, fees and utility ownership boundaries change, and you should confirm current details with the relevant authority.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use this site or our phone number unlawfully, or in a way that interferes with either. That includes submitting knowingly false service requests, using the number to harass or make hoax emergency calls, scraping or copying the content of these pages for republication, and attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the site.

8. Content and brand

The text, page structure, layout, logo and imagery on this website are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights, and may not be copied, republished or used commercially without permission. Any third-party product or manufacturer names mentioned in the service pages remain the property of their respective owners and appear for description only, implying no affiliation or endorsement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any job is limited to putting right our own defective work, and we are not liable for loss arising from a delay in attendance, from pre-existing conditions we were not engaged to address, or from your reliance on general information published on this site. This excludes indirect, incidental and consequential losses such as loss of use and lost income.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where the law does not permit it to be excluded or limited.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your misuse of this website or our phone number, or from your breach of these terms.

11. Privacy

Information handling is described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: the website collects nothing, and information you give on a call is used to get a plumber to you.

12. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version always appears on this page with the date it took effect at the top. Continuing to use the site or our services after a change means you accept the revised terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, and the courts of Weld County, Colorado have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, without affecting any right you have to bring a claim where the law requires it be heard elsewhere.

14. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in force.

15. Contact
