Plumber explaining water damage to a homeowner

There is no form on this page, and that is on purpose. A plumbing problem is a conversation, and ninety seconds on the phone beats four rounds of email while your basement fills.

The fastest route

Call, do not type

There is no contact form on this website, and that is deliberate rather than an oversight. A plumbing problem is a conversation: we need to ask where the water is, whether it is still running, and whether you can reach the main shutoff. Four rounds of email while your basement fills serves you badly.

So the whole site works one way. One number, answered any hour, by someone who can route the job immediately.

Before you dial

Five things worth having ready

None of these are required, and if you do not know them we will work around it. But having them to hand makes the call shorter and the visit more useful.

  • Your address, and how to get in. Gate codes, dogs, whether anyone will be home.
  • What you can see or hear. Where the water is, what color it is, any smell, any noise from the pipes or the heater.
  • Whether it is still happening. If water is running and you can reach the main shutoff, closing it before you call is usually the single most valuable thing you can do.
  • City water or a private well. This changes which trade we send.
  • Roughly when the house was built. A decade is enough. It tells a plumber what pipe material to expect behind the walls.
Triage

Tonight, or can it wait?

You do not have to work this out yourself. Describe it and we will tell you honestly. But if you want to judge before you call, this is roughly how we sort it.

Call now, any hour

Water you cannot stop. Sewage coming up inside the house. No water at all in freezing weather. The smell of gas. Water near an electrical panel. A water heater leaking from the tank body rather than a fitting.

Same day, but not a 3am job

No hot water where the household can manage overnight. One blocked fixture while others still drain. A toilet that will not stop running. A slow leak you have contained in a bucket. A sump pump that runs but sounds wrong.

Book it in

Sprinkler blowout and spring startup. The annual heater flush. Backflow testing. A dripping faucet. A fixture you want replaced. Pressure that has been slowly fading for a year. Anything you have been meaning to get to since spring.

What happens next

After the call

We assign the job to a plumber who covers your area, and give you an arrival window that reflects the real hour and distance rather than a comfortable guess. Our plumber assesses the work in person, tells you what they have found, and quotes it before starting. You approve the price and the scope before any work begins.

If the honest answer is that your problem needs a different trade altogether, a septic specialist, a well contractor, a restoration company for water damage, we will say so rather than send a plumber out to look at it.
