Privacy policy

This website collects nothing about you: no forms, no cookies, no analytics. Everything below is about what happens on a phone call, because that is the only place information changes hands.

(970) 973-0235

Last updated 15 September 2026.

The short version

This website collects nothing about you. There are no forms, no cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers. The only way to reach us is the telephone, so almost everything in this policy concerns what happens on a phone call rather than what happens in your browser.

What this website does not do

Stated plainly, because most privacy policies bury it. This site sets no cookies of any kind. It runs no analytics package, so no page views, sessions, device profiles or behavioral data are recorded. It carries no advertising or social media pixels. It contains no contact form, email field, quote request or chat widget, so there is no mechanism by which you could submit personal information through these pages even if you wanted to. It does not use browser local storage or session storage.

The one third party involved in serving these pages is Google Fonts. Two typefaces load from Google's servers, which means your browser makes a request to fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com, and Google receives your IP address and basic request headers as part of that. This is standard for web fonts and is not something we control or receive any data from. If that matters to you, the pages remain fully readable with fonts blocked.

Telephone calls

Calling (970) 973-0235 is the point at which information is actually exchanged. When you call, we will normally learn and note your name, your telephone number, the service address, and a description of the plumbing problem. We use it for one purpose: to get a suitable plumber from our crew to you.

The number published on this site may be a call tracking number, meaning calls route through a telephony provider before reaching the answering point. That provider processes call metadata such as the calling number, the time and the duration in order to connect and log the call. Calls may be answered by a third-party answering service acting on our behalf rather than by us directly.

Who your information is shared with

The plumber we send receives what they need to attend: your name, contact number, address and the description of the problem. They handle it under this policy, because they work for us. We do not pass your details to any other company, and we do not sell or rent them to anyone.

Beyond that, information is shared only with the telephony and answering providers described above, and where we are required to disclose it by law or legal process. Your information is not sold. It is not licensed, rented or traded to data brokers, marketing lists or lead aggregators.

How long it is kept

Call records and dispatch notes are retained only as long as needed to complete the job, resolve any follow-up or dispute arising from it, and meet ordinary business record-keeping obligations. They are not built into a marketing database or used to profile you.

Your choices

Because the website collects nothing, there is no account to close, no cookie banner to configure and no tracking to opt out of. For anything relating to a call you have made, including asking what was noted, requesting a correction, or asking that your details be deleted, call (970) 973-0235 and say that is why you are calling.

Colorado residents have rights under the Colorado Privacy Act, including rights of access, correction, deletion and portability, and the right to opt out of sale or targeted advertising. We do not sell personal data or use it for targeted advertising, so those two opt-outs have nothing to apply to. To exercise any of the others, use the number above.

Children

This service is intended for property owners and occupiers arranging plumbing work. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under thirteen.

Security

No forms means no data submitted through this website, which removes an entire category of risk. Call information is held with reasonable protections appropriate to a small operation. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.

Changes

If this policy changes, the revised version will appear on this page with a new date at the top. Material changes, particularly the introduction of any tracking, recording or form, will be reflected here before or at the time they take effect.
